Week of Oct. 28th

This week we will be reading A Turkey for Thanksgiving and working on Drawing Conclusions.  We will also be working on words with the long a sound using ai and ay.  We will continue working on our class book and learning about possessive nouns.  On Halloween we will be decorating some gourds and learning about Halloween safety.  We will also have a special visitor this week.  A police officer will be bringing his search dog to help explain how animals can help us.  In Science we will be learning about what causes a food web to change.
